Alright, despite the fact that the account name is StickyGames, the comic is actually called AnarchyParty.  You'll see why in a week or so.  The comic is about some guys, who play video games and make snide political commentary from time to time.

Dave is the sarcastic, (perhaps overly) intelligent bookworm who has a seemingly neverending list of mental disorders.  Hes a neurotic sociopath with ADHD and bipolar in addition to being paranoid.  The only video games he actually plays anymore are CivIII and Oblivion.  He has a neverending quest to get a PC version of Morrowind. Chris is a hardcore nintendo fan who would object to me spelling Nintendo with a lowercase "n", but I hate the backspace and delete keys.  He has a cat.  He tends to be kind of ignorant to the numerous references to literature Dave tends to make, and would rather play video games then, say, die and go to heaven.  Iunno. Sam is a Mac/Halo addict, and is the voice of reason of the group.  Or, at the very least, is the closest the group has to a voice of reason.  He never goes anywhere without his laptop, and uses the encyclopedia to get the answer to every question the teacher asks within 30 seconds.

Tim is a... well, he's Tim.  Trust me, if you knew him, you'd understand.

Monos is Daves older brother,  who Dave lives with, if only to have somebody to get groceries or assassinate someone if need be.  He is a retired soldier, or maybe he was kicked out of the army.  Nobody knows, nor do they want to ask.  Point is, he likes to kill people.
